As we begin to reopen, we will be using a new management system in order to improve our family experience.
New features!
Cancellations: The parent portal offers parents the opportunity to submit planned absences through the portal, instead of through our old cancellation form. All cancellations should be submitted through the parent portal, with at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the lesson.
Attendance tracking: Each lesson will have attendance recorded, including late arrival or absences.
Skills: We are working on rolling out skill levels for students where certain horsemanship and horse care skills can be worked on and marked as completed. These skills and progress can be tracked through the parent portal
Events: We plan to offer events through Jackrabbit as well that will encompass trail rides, shows, clinics, parties, or other miscellaneous activities that can easily be billed through Jackrabbit as well. Events can include additional information, separate agreements, and other important information, and can be signed up for through our website or through the parent portal!
Billing: Jackrabbit allows for easy billing and payment tracking for our families! All class tuition is due at the beginning of the month. More information is found in our policies upon registration!
